If you're a young Pakistani woman with a confirmed university admission offer but you've been struggling to cover the cost, this scholarship just gave you more time to apply.

What's Been Confirmed

The Scotland Pakistan Scholarships for Young Women and Girls, first launched in 2013, has so far supported more than 20,000 women across Pakistan. For the 2026-27 cycle, the British Council is administering the scheme on behalf of the Scottish Government, coordinating directly with selected scholars and universities. Young women with disabilities, from rural areas, and from minority groups are specifically encouraged to apply.
